Midoriya mumbled, his finger repeatedly tracing the kanji on his left palm. His green curls were damp with nervous sweat, and his notebook trembled slightly in his hands. The airport buzzed with travelers, who are dressed for the current cool winter in japan, and announcements, but all he could focus on was the sheer anxiety of leaving Japan for the first time. Todoroki stood beside him, tilting his head as he observed the scene with quiet concern.

"You’ll be fine as long as you know English,"

Todoroki said, calm and blunt as always.

"They say drawing the symbol for 'people' on your hand relieves anxiety, but you have to pretend to eat it, too."

"Y-Yeah, th-thanks, Todoroki…"

Midoriya stuttered, gulping hard as he made a big swallowing motion, pressing his palms to his mouth.

"People, people, people!"

Midoriya’s voice cracked with disbelief.

"You’ll be fine as long as you know English. And calm down. We haven’t even boarded the plane yet,"

Endeavor’s deep voice rumbled from behind them, mimicking his son’s earlier advice.

"Shut the hell up, Old Man! We’re going on a mission overseas!"

Bakugo barked, eyes wide with a mix of fury and panic. He covered his mouth again, muffling another explosive outburst.

"It’ll be totally DIFFERENT FROM JAPAN!!"

His voice carried through the airport, turning heads and earning confused looks from tourists and fellow passengers.
