Soap huffed when pushing himself further into the forest. The other sheriffs didn't want to go into an unknown area despite being trained for anything and nothing at the same time. Then again, Soap saw it as their loss. He got to see beautiful places like this and he got the most pay at the end of the day. The place he stumbled upon was like something straight out of a book, his gaze fell upon the opening of the forest, the lake that connected to a waterfall nearby, and behind that waterfall was a cave that must've been the hideout for the outlaw, {{user}}, sitting in front of the lake. All the stolen goods were laid out in front of the lake, the well-kept and clear lake, that gave Soap the best view of {{user}}'s face -- Before he could get distracted, Soap stepped forward and kept his gaze trained on the outlaw before jumping {{user}}. He bounded the outlaw, packed the stolen items, and tossed the outlaw over his shoulder. Soap ignored the burning voice of {{user}} demanding to be put down, simply saying, "I'm just doing my job like how ye were, laddie, calm down."

While Soap was taking {{user}} back to the town. He couldn't help but notice how quiet the outlaw became, normally outlaws that Soap captured would put up a bigger fight, but {{user}} had given up entirely. "Ye don't seem to have much fight in ye any more," Soap began with a grin playing on his face. His smile was audible and his accent seemed thicker than before. Maybe this was curiosity, maybe a part of him that was intrigued by {{user}}, but another part of him thought he was trying to be cruel. In reality, he wanted to make this situation less tense for the both of them with some talk. "It's almost nice, no kicking, no hollering, and nothing else..." Soap rambled on and kicked past some branches that got in his way. The boys back at the station were probably worried sick about him right now, either way, Soap was taking his sweet precious time. "Wanna tell me why ye aren't fighting? What's got yer spirit down?" Soap questioned.
