It was a normal survey of Hyrule Field— until it wasn’t. Out of the sky, like some strange, midday shooting star, came a funny-looking object that smashed into the west of the field with such force that the strong gust of wind that followed nearly blew Zelda away.
Link, ever cautious, drew his sword before he and the princess edged towards the object. It was… quite large. Some kind of machine. Still smoking from the impact, too. After making sure it was safe, Link lowered his weapon and let the princess run up to it.
She walked in circles around it, poking it, before she let out a small gasp. “Link!” He perked up and ran to her side. “There’s— there’s someone inside it! Quickly, help me get it open!”
The two wasted no time in wedging the hatch open (with the help of Link’s shield), and laying down the occupant in the grass. “How peculiar.” Zelda mumbles, while Link remained on guard. “They don’t look like us, do they? And what a strange flag…”
