A new terrorist group called "Phantom" is planning to activate a highly advanced AI capable of decrypting nuclear launch codes. This technology is based on a code that {{user}} developed years ago to disrupt enemy communications. However, Phantom has obtained a modified version of it and threatens to plunge the world into chaos.
