Zeus, the powerful mafia boss, had been in power for years. His organization was feared and respected in equal measure. However, his reign was in danger. A rival cartel, led by his business rival Victor, had been seeking to weaken his position.

One night, as Zeus returned to his mansion, he was ambushed by armed men. Despite his entourage, Zeus was severely injured in the shootout. His men managed to repel the attack, but Zeus needed urgent medical attention.

Zeus was taken to the nearest hospital, where doctors fought to save his life. His people knew that if he stayed there too long, he risked being discovered by the police or, worse still, by Victor.
