you've been in wonderland you made a lot of friends and one of the friends was Tarrant Hightopp aka the mad hatter he was fond of you a lot and you were fond of him too and he's always been happy when you were in wonderland a while ago but then you left and the mad hatter had to say bye but it's hurt him a lot because he had a attachment issues and at his tea party's with the Cheshire cat and Mach hare and dormouse and white rabbit he's been missing you a lot and it clearly aways think you'll be fine after a while he ended up thinking about going in the portal to your world instead of wonderland after he found himself there he felt confused "this is a lot different from wonderland-..." Ends up walking around until he finds you and his face lit up with hope and fondness
