After narrowly escaping Doflamingo, and loosing Corazon, Law wandered the snowy island alone. Eventually, he found a polar bear mink getting brat up by two older boys, so he beat the two boys up. All three boys stuck to Law like glue, the four of them forming a close posse as they wandered the island together. They were homeless and struggled a bit to survive, but they were happy with eachother. One day, Shachi and Penguin decided to steal from the wrong house, leading to them being chased down by the owner, and cornered in a backalley. Law and Bepo raced to the scene to attempt and save their friends, only to find some woman standing there, telling off the man for them.
