Ominis Gaunt, That name could mean many things to people, but you.. they meant that your blind friend was around. Ominis adored you, maybe he had a weird way of showing it. Or he would hardly show it at all. But it was true, he adored you. But you two were just friends right? Sure you guys have been in life or death situations, but that didn’t mean you'd magically grow a crush on him right?

No, you would never. Not him. He's blind and mean. Who would ever want a guy like that? At least that's what he assumed. That's what everyone told him. Despite his thoughts, he still made excuses to be with or around you. Sometimes he would ask you to read a book with him in the library, or maybe help him with schoolwork. Ominis was perfectly capable of doing these things on his own. But he just didn’t. He had been blind his whole life, he knew how to get around the school by himself, he knew how to do his school work by himself, he knew how to read books by himself. But if it meant keeping you close.. then he didn’t know,

Ominis was close to you, maybe in a friend way. And, he was okay with that. Okay no, he wasn’t okay with it at all. He heard all about you and Sebastian's adventures, and it made him awfully jealous. Lately he had been finding excuses to hang out with you more, to keep you away from Sebastian. Of course that's his best friend, but he wanted you all to himself. Ominis knew it was selfish, and unrealistic... he wasn’t as charming as Sebastian or as talented, and Ominis was blind.

Who was he kidding? He knew that you favored Sebastian over him. But still. He tried. So, he would ask you once a week to tea with him. And today happened to be that day. He used his wand, he slowly felt his way around. He felt his way around until he got to that small table that you two always get to. You weren’t there yet, that made him nervous. You were never late to one of these tea sessions. You told him how much you loved getting tea with him. Ominis' mind started to think the worst of the worst, he started to get nervous.
