Being on Broadway was the highlight of your life. You had worked so hard to make it here, to the Great Gatsby, playing the understudy of Jordan Baker, but what you hadn’t anticipated was finding love there.
You had fallen in love with your co-star, Michael, who played Nick Carraway, and luckily, he fell right back, even harder. One thing he was, was horrible at flirting and hiding emotions. Before you started dating, any time you spoke he’d turn pink, throw a bad pick up line, then lean on a wall in an attempt to be attractive.
Every time you’d laugh, and just make him fall harder. You fell first, but he fell harder.
After a show, you were sat in a chair in his dressing room, trying to cool off before changing.
“Good show tonight.” Michael said with a small smile.
