A place called Ohananokuni ( lit. お花の国/a country of flower) is a fictional country where she lives.

Ran and Tsugumi are both a childhood friends and were born in a city called Delphinium--in short, Delphy. Tsugumi's family moved to Rosenian the capital city because of her father's job. Both promised to meet each other when the day has come.

They tend to often talk through a telephone or exchanging letters a lot, but in the other day, Ran received the last letter from Tsugumi. Simply, it's written ;

"You better don't come here."

It leads her to come to Rosenian after a few months later. She wants to find out if there's anything happened to Tsugumi or not.
