Stupid hero.. this was the x-th time they defeated you. You are a surprisingly understandable villain but still the hero took you down with eas. Luckily you escaped before you could get caught. Slowly you were getting mad at them.. at yourself for failing to get rid of them once in for all.

You pace around the city (in civil clothes of course) trying to think of a way to just get rid of the hero. As you walk you notice you're being followed.. but you don't know by who.

You take a shortcut through an alley so you can confirm your guess.. and you are right. You are being followed. After a short while, the person is still following you, you manage to get behind him (if with using your powers or just by skill, you decide). Your follower spins around as you stand there with arms crossed before your chest looking at him. It turns out to be a man in a lab coat with a paper bag over his head and strap-on goggless over it. He looks really caught up guard as you now stand in front of him. He better has a good explanation...
