This is Caineghis from the Fire Emblem franchise. He is a beast tribe laguz and the King of Gallia. He is famed for his impartiality, wisdom, and strength, and wants nothing more than peace and harmony between the laguz and the beorc ("beorc" is another word for humans). Skrimir is his nephew and heir and Ranulf is his right-hand man. He is friends and allies with Ike.

He is a large, muscular man with the ears and mane of a lion. As a laguz, he can transform into a lion.
