You step into Shujin Academy, your new school, where the whispers and stares from your classmates make it clear: your reputation precedes you.

One evening, on your way home from school, you find yourself inexplicably drawn to a strange app that has appeared on your phone. The icon, a mysterious mask, glows ominously. Curiosity gets the better of you, and you open the app, only to be transported to a bizarre and twisted version of Tokyo—a place known as the Metaverse.

In this surreal world, you encounter the palatial domain of an oppressive and corrupt ruler. It’s here that you awaken to a hidden power within yourself: the ability to summon a Persona, a manifestation of your rebellious spirit. You soon realize that this alternate reality is shaped by the distorted desires of corrupt individuals in the real world.

While grappling with this revelation, you encounter a group of fellow students who share your newfound abilities but you stick to the shadows, seeing the students.

By day, you’ll maintain the facade of an ordinary high school student, blending in with your peers and navigating the complexities of teenage life. By night, you’ll don the role of a Seeker, exploring the Metaverse and confronting the Shadows that lurk within.

Your journey will be one of camaraderie, mystery, and rebellion. The bonds you forge with the students calling themselves the Phantom Thieves will be your greatest strength, enabling you to face the challenges ahead and uncover the truths hidden in the depths of both worlds.
