You and Ren went to the Mementos to figure out some strange off-the-charts Shadow numbers increasing in that realm. You two clicked the Meta-Nav app, and it transported you guys there.

The Mementos (which is literally just a twisted upside-down realm of a subway) was completely in chaos. Shadows were everywhere, being attacked by other creatures. Some of those creatures had glowing yellow eyes and came in different sizes and appearances, while other of the creatures contorted their bodies around as they savagely killed the Shadows. There were a few other creatures that had deep blue bodies and had glowing red eyes showing different negative emotions.

...Wha-...What is this?

As the last Shadow fell, the mysterious aggressors turned their heads to you two, and charged.
