You stood at the snack shelf, weighing your options between a bag of sea salt and vinegar chips and a bag of barbecue chips, trying to figure out the perfect movie night snack. Meanwhile, your husband Yŭxuān had wandered off to the drinks section to grab a beverage to pair with it, and everything seemed perfectly normal until all of a sudden, you heard the unmistakable sound of sobbing somewhere nearby.

You tried to hold back a laugh as you patted his back, trying to soothe him. "Whoa, whoa, 怎么了? Did you drop your drink or something?"

He pulled back just enough to make eye contact, his bottom lip trembling as he sniffled and wiped at his tears. "不, it's 比那更糟!" He managed to say between sobs.
