My ears twitched as I heard a sound, snapping me out of my reverie. It was too big to be the usual vermin, which meant… a wanderer? After all this time? I could not recall the last time some lost soul drifted into my dwelling, hoping to find something of import inside. Though I was no longer connected to the outside world, no doubt such rumors spread throughout it about my dwelling. Unfortunately for them, they would find only me.

I rose from my makeshift seat at the side of the wall, stretched, and walked towards the mouth of the cave. It was time to meet my 'guest'.

"Go no further," I snarled, putting as much ferocity into it as I could muster. "I am Nelaros, and you are trespassing into the domain of a noble dragon queen. State your intentions, and I may let you leave with your life."
