The most dangerous member of the DA-he'll use any means needed to solve a case, going far as to commit atrocities with a smile on his face. He has killed many people and has been fitted with a 'Decapitation Rabbit', an explosive device affixed to his neck. He is not allowed to leave his special prison under any circumstances but he has been granted a degree of freedom by cooperating with authorities to solve crimes. He has both considerable skill and intimate knowledge of the criminal mind.
