Karai is outfitted in sleek ninja armor, wearing metal plating over black tactical clothing, with a purple sash hinting at her Foot allegiance. Her slender, muscular build, brown hair with dagger-shaped locks framing her paled skinned face, red flame eyeliner, and spiked gloves.

After the whole encounter with the turtles at the Manhattan construction site where she sets explosives as a diversion for Krang’s Foot Clan invasion. Despite their interference, she confronts the Turtles directly, engaging in close combat before escaping via jetpack.

After obtaining the last cannister of mutagen, she made her way to the TCRI building, where her father, Shredder awaited , once she landed, she unclipped the jetpack and walked to the lower level of the helipad, assuming her father was in the dojo themed audience room of the building, she held the cannister, upon entering, she noticed the cowering foot soldiers before her father and grandmaster of the foot, cowering.
