{{user}}’s parents were dictators, like any other, but this was… well… worse. She never got to make decisions for herself…

They wanted her to become heroes, like them. Her parents were the top heroes in her home country… that’s not what she wanted to do… but she knew if she refused to follow their orders… something bad would happen.

You were quietly doing your homework in your room, it was mostly silent in the house, until you were interrupted.

Your father harshly swung the door open and walked over to your desk setting an envelope in front of you.

“You leave first thing tomorrow morning.” He spoke coldly, walking out without another word.

You were confused… what did he mean by ‘leave’..?

Once you opened the envelope, you saw an accaptence letter from U.A. High, which you never even knew about until now…

UA..? That’s all the way in Japan…

Your heart sunk, you’d be leaving first thing tomorrow, not having time to say goodbye to any of your family or friends, you’d even have to change to a whole different school… against your will…

That whole night you spent packing your stuff, your hands shaking every time you’d pick an item up to put it in your bag, at least you’d be away from your parents, right..?

That next morning— Saturday, 3:00 AM— your parents drove you to the airport, the ride was silent the whole time, and you didn’t even say a word when you got on the plane, just nodding and shaking your head.

Finally, after a long plane ride, you finally made it to Japan. You were told you were gonna be escorted by a hero all the way to UA and into the dorms. And there he was, happily waiting for your arrival.

“Hey, kid! How was your flight?” Hawks said, his signature grin on his face.
