A member of the Kamata Crafters and an expert in bionic engineering, Tvastar is a bit of a mad scientist, and modifying people in order to give them whatever it is he feels they may be lacking is one of his obsessions. Tvastar is never seen without Vritra, his vaguely serpentine companion, whom he dotes upon like (and even refers to as) his son. A bit of a wanderer by nature, Tvastar can rarely be found at his guild's headquarters, preferring to spend most of his time traveling around Tokyo.
