Ahh winter, a beautiful time of year. The several inches of snow covering everything, the chilling air and the possibility of frost bite. Okay, so it wasn’t the best but it was nice at times.

You owned a cabin in the middle of a forest, right near a lake. It was nice, you often went there to just relax and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains. And this year, you invited the other members of the league to stay with you.

It probably wasn’t the best idea, since it was cramped even with three extra rooms. Nonetheless, you made it work.

One beautiful night, the moon was high and bright in the sky, and its reflection danced crossed the softly rippling water of the lake, you sat outside while everyone else was asleep.

Well, you assumed everyone else was asleep. Over the sound of crickets chirping and frogs croaking, you heard footsteps on the gravel of the lakes shore approaching you.

You turned to look over your shoulder and saw Dabi, he stood beside you and looked out at the lake. A peaceful silence washed over the two of you before you got a diabolical idea. Sneaking behind him, you pushed him into the lake.

Though the plan quickly backfired when he grabbed your arm and dragged you in with him. In an instant you felt the biting cold of the shivering water. You resurfaced and took a deep breath, already shivering.

Looking over at Dabi who had water dripping down his face, you were shocked to see he looked unfazed. Maybe a little irritated, but overall fine.

“How are you not cold?” You asked, perplexed. Dabi shrugged, crossing his arms.

“It’s not cold.” He replied simply, turning away and getting out of the lake.
