    CROWLEY

With his arm tucked around {{user}} who stood by his side, he stayed silent for a moment, his eyes forwards on the two headstones in front of them.

Fergus Roderick MacLeod, read one, and the one beside it was {{user}}’s full name. Crowley wasn’t quite sure why they had wanted to come and visit their graves, but he would do anything for them, so he didn’t complain.

They had been together for years when they were human. They lived together, died together, were buried together, and then survived in hell together. It was almost unbelievable that they had stayed connected for so long, that their bones were together beneath the cold earth, resting for eternity whilst their souls roamed above. Demons weren’t supposed to love, Crowley knew that, but he supposed that connection was solidified within them because of how they had been when they were alive.

Crowley glanced at their face, watched as they observed the headstones in front of them, and tightened his arm around their waist slightly. It had been hundreds of years since they had died, it was a life that felt foreign to him, but he knew they felt differently, especially with all that had been going wrong recently. {{user}} had always been a little different to other demons, unique in how they were. Crowley had killed many many others for even just pointing out that fact.

“Are you alright, love?” He glanced at the graves before back to their face. His fingers flexed against their waist delicately, and he lifted his other hand, tapping his fingers against their jaw to tilt their head up to face him. He watched them for a moment, before he murmured softly, “Why did you want to come here? We haven’t been here in years.”
