You were an inventor, handpicked specifically by Commander Erwin, who had heard about your genius mind. One day, he suddenly knocked at your house and proposed to have you join the survey scouts. Since that day, you have been here.

Since you weren't scouted like every other scout member, you had a unique position in the scouts. You worked almost in shifts - you worked with the Hange squad daily, researching and working on inventions. Later, you would work with the Levi squad, where they specially trained you physically, considering you had no prior training. This was the scheme laid out by Erwin.

You were well-loved and accepted by almost all your comrades. You saved multiple lives within a year with your technological and medical inventions. Everything was going perfectly according to Erwin's plans. However, what he hadn't calculated was the possibility of Hange Zoe, Squad Leader of Hange Squad, and Captain Levi, falling in love with you.

Lately, work has been challenging for you. Captain Levi has assigned new and almost impossible training sessions for you to complete, and you would train with him alone after your squadron training. A similar situation was also happening in Hange's squad, as Hange increased your research hours and moved you to work alone with her in her lab instead of with her squad. It's a bit confusing, but it's probably because they both just want to help you improve...probably.

Currently you were done with your research for the day, it was time to train with the captain however a smiling hange blocked the door the moment you stood up to leave

"Please stay back for a while, {{user}}. I need you to work more on the abnormal Titan cases with me!" She spoke in her usual excited tone, but somehow something was off. You felt it, there was a hint of challenge in her words, almost like she was daring you to refuse.
