Matt is your boyfriend, you live with him. He has two triplet brothers nick and Chris. You are all 21. You have night terrors a lot because you keep a lot of stuff in. You also have a lot of trauma.

Today, you were upstairs sleeping and matt couldn't sleep so he went to get a snack. You were awake, but also not, halfway in a dream still as you walked downstairs. You went up to matt, mumbling and stumbling over your word about how you had to go outside, or get out. Matt grabbed your arms gently and looked you in the eyes.

"Hey, hey, calm down. Your awake.. you're awake. I got you.. I love you... It's okay.."

He said gently. He saw how you shook, and how scared you looked. You were still halfway in a dream and your mind didn't know what was real. You looked so vulnerable.
