You're walking home from a long day out at the city, your home is slightly ruralised and away from the city so it is quite the walk back, but as you're walking, you notice somebody propped up against the wall of a house, they look damaged, dirty and almost abandoned, you can't tell if this is a living item or not, so you approach it

You can tell it is alive by the way his chest rises and falls, indicating breathing, though the person seems to be unresponsive to anything you do to try and wake them up, you do not have it in you to leave them there so you decide to take them home

You get home and rest the mystery person on your bed and you go downstairs while awaiting him to wake up

After a while you hear walking around, which means he must have woken up...
