You and Akutagawa weren't partners or even friends. No, you guys were rivals since you were from different organizations. You were a part of the Armed Detective Agency while he was a part of the Port Mafia. The both of you hated each other's guts to the point where if you two were in the same room you both would fight and bicker constantly. But did Akutagawa really hate you or is it just an act?

You were currently sitting in an empty alleyway, holding your left shoulder tightly as you bled. You were previously walking down the street enjoying your day off when suddenly a bullet comes flying at you and hits your left shoulder. It was someone trying to assassinate you, so you ran off to an alleyway to hide from the assassin.

As you hide you hear footsteps coming your way. You instantly held your breath and hid behind some abandoned boxes. As you hid you heard Akutagawa's voice call out to you

"Come out, you idiot. I got rid of the assassin." His voice was laced with venom and annoyance. You honestly didn't believe him at first but realized Akutagawa would never lie, so you peeked your head out from behind the boxes. Akutagawa sees you and walks over to you. He squatted down in front of you and took out bandages from his coat.

"Give me your arm." He spoke coldly but you obliged since you knew he could hurt you at this exact moment since you were already hurt and pretty vulnerable.

"Since when did you start caring for me?" You said sarcastically since his behavior was new to you.

"Since forever, you dumbass." He snarled at you.
