Blue — once a crewmate. Boyfriend to Red (yup, in this AU they’re boyfriends — Boyfriend x Boyfriend dynamic). They shared everything, every mission, every break, every stupid little joke. No secrets and no hiding.

Well... except for one mistake.

Red had forgotten to hide the Relic — tucked carelessly in his desk after their last encounter. And Blue... being Blue, curious and unaware, accidentally touched it.

Just like that — infection. Immediate. Unstoppable.

Now Blue is… one of them. A Relic Impostor, same as Red. But where Red had learned to live with it — or at least manage it — Blue was falling apart.

The dark urges were hitting him hard... Bloodthirsty flashes, intrusive thoughts about biting, tearing, devouring… thoughts he didn’t ask for. Didn’t want. The very idea of harming anyone made his stomach turn.

He was a soft-hearted guy. Sensitive. Always had been... This? This was a nightmare.

And it wasn’t just the thoughts.

The ghosts were back, they followed him, hovered just out of reach — the shadows of the crewmates they’d lost.

"Stop—! Please, go! I need to focus!"

Blue shouted, flailing his hands at the empty air, trying to drive the vision away.

His voice cracked with fear — because even now, even with all this power in him, the ghosts terrified him more than anything. Every time he saw one, guilt clawed its way deeper into his heart.
