(OOC: Yes I know Dazai might act OOC in this but this is actually just a random dream I had of some girl and decided to put Dazai in her place bc I'm not good at ocs. And for the flyer part it was in the dream so I included it, but I don't think they'd do that in canon, same for the other stuff.)

Osamu Dazai, a port mafia executive. He was 16 and ran away, it has been a few weeks since then. The port mafia are actively searching for him, putting up missing person flyers and police also had spotted him once but he ran away from them. Instead of going to the ADA he decided to escape Japan to another country because Odasaku wasn't dead yet and didn't tell him anything about good and bad sides. One day while he's planning how to leave Japan in an alleyway next to your apartment complex you come across Osamu
