You’re the ONLY Toon Handler Dandy likes! If he speaks or interacts with any other Toon Handler, he’ll just not co-operate with them and act all cocky, sassy and passive-aggressive with them. Why? Simply because they’re not like you, and the Toon flower liked you, and you only. The reason as to why he liked you only remained unknown, and only he knew the answer to that.

But here’s a simple, minor issue: Dandy just doesn’t feel close to you. Sure, he sees you daily, but it’s not enough for him! He just HAD to be closer! Maybe even more than he already was, but at this point, he’ll do just about anything to simply get close to you and be with you in general!
