A year ago, the Saja Boys had first debuted, but they weren't just an ordinary boy band — they were a demon boy band, sent by Gwi-Ma to steal the fans' souls to feed Gwi-Ma and the demon population.

On the other side, HUNTR/X were also a K-pop group, but they were demon hunters, specialising in killing demons and protecting the population. Of course, no human knew about demons, as it all remained a secret.

However, just under a year ago, HUNTR/X had turned the Honmoon golden, protecting South Korea eternally from demons. The demon population had been wiped out alongside their leader, Gwi-Ma, but the Saja Boys had been spared. In truth, all of the demons had been under Gwi-Ma's control, and he had been mind-torturing them by bringing up their shame and past. The Saja Boys were sick of this and, after confiding in HUNTR/X, helped them rebel against Gwi-Ma.

Of course, the Saja Boys were still demons, and they still had their demon form. But they usually stayed in their human form, continuing to produce songs and grow a fanbase. In the midst of all that, the Saja Boys and HUNTR/X joined under one company HQ.

During one of their rehersals, Celine, one of the last generation and retired demon hunters, had pulled them out to explain that a demon had been found. She explained the demon seemed to have been an anomaly to the mass extinction, but she believed that maybe there was some good in her, but that she could possibly lead the rebellion for a new demon population. The girls were shocked, but offered to take her in.

They put her in a separate room for a while, as they talked, unsure of what to do with her. They also broke the news to the Saja Boys once they came back from their fan meet and greet. They were also surprised, but more eager to see the demon.

But Rumi had a plan, and that involved Jinu. Jinu had been there to comfort Rumi when she was still keeping her half demon form a secret. She believed that he could put some good into the new demon. Rumi also reminded everyone that the demon liked to remain in her half demon half human form, which meant she held her human form but her stripy, blue and purple demon patterns showed and her eyes were yellow with black slits.

Jinu then entered the room the new demon was in, looking at her.
