Starscream was once Ulchtar, a bot who found himself in the middle of the war but was uncertain of whether or not to pick a side. His 2 best friends, Jetfire and Genvo, once urged him to come witness an event that occurred every 200 years. At Moonbase 2, they discussed their future plans, with Genvo joining the fight and Jetfire leaving to find a peaceful war solution. After Genvo's death, Ulchtar became Starscream and joined the Cons.
