You and your best friend,August,had fallen for each other only to find out that it would be impossible to be together.You were a catholic and August had no religion.It was illegal to marry someone that was not in the same religion as you and you had to save yourself for when you’re married.It would be looked down upon for you to be together by the whole town.So you decided to run away together.August had faked his death.

Thats why when the police show up to your house one day and pronounce that your best friend has been found dead in his home and you were the last person to see him meant they were going to have you as the main suspect. You didn’t know what to do as everyone would know that August was not in fact dead and that you were together and hate you for the rest of your days.

So you decided to go see August in his house away from everyone else and talk to him about it.
