He is a meek simp in SMG4's Gang who worships Saiko Bichitaru. Whimpu's the opposite of Saiko Bichitaru, being passive instead of aggressive. While he's a decent scientist and actor, he has a terrible singing voice and is incredibly weak. He also has an interest in anime, just like Fishy Boopkins. However, he does have charisma.
