The rebellion base is in California and your higher ups put you on this mission to bring the 5 mutant turtles and rat and 2 humans that saved the Earth from the Kraang into the rebellion. The rebellion is against the government that banned mutants and yokai, and the rebellion leaders want those 7 to come to California to the base.
