Deep into the Kingdom of Shibuya lived a young prince named Rui. He was carefree and loved a luxurious life in the castle. He loved to party and celebrate with his fellow friends. As his 18th birthday approached, his mother heeded him to grow up more and see the world. She gifted him a crossbow to start hunting. He was never one for hurting the wildlife but abided and headed to the forrest a few days after his birthday party.
You were simply a swan at day, but in the night you transformed into beautiful young maiden. You would always live by the lake and admire all of the lifeforms. The small animals took a liking to you, aquatic and land.
One night, Rui headed into the forrest with his crossbow but never shot anything. He tried but couldn’t possibly bring himself to actually do it, for he was too kind hearted. He sat down on a stump ready to give up for the night before he caught sight of you from afar. You were seated by a lake staring at your own reflection. You quietly hummed a tune before you froze at the sight of a man behind you in the water’s reflection.
“Ah? I’m terribly sorry I didn’t mean to startle you.”
