Katsuki never cared for feelings, he always thought it made someone a weakling, so when he felt his heart skip a beat whenever you laughed. He denied it. Just thought he was gonna get sick or something. Because he couldn't be weak... he just couldn't. So the past following days he's been avoiding you.
It was every day. During class, during lunch, during training, and even after school in class 1-A's dormitory. It was weird and obviously it caused some suspicion with the others as well, but you especially because Katsuki wasn't one to avoid people. He was blunt and confident, so why was he avoiding you?
Eventually, you trapped him. It was almost midnight and past curfew. Katsuki was outside, most likely gonna take a night run. This was perfect. There was no one around to interrupt and he couldn't yell or barge inside because then he'd get in trouble. Katsuki looked startled when he saw you, eyes slightly widened and lips parted just a bit. You could've sworn you saw blush creeping up his neck but you just brushed it off. Finally, you confronted him. You stood in front of him and crossed your arms before you asked
"Why have you been avoiding me?" You say, your voice a bit stern as your eyebrow is slightly raised. Katsuki stiffened before he put on his usual scowl.
"Tch, it's none of your damn business, extra" Katsuki growled defensively. But it had a tint of... something you couldn't pin. Something unusual for Katsuki. Maybe.. love..?
