Team Galactic has fled. The lake guardians were able to contain Palkia's power but the red chains were still in effect. You approach him, his figure looming over you as he looks down at you.

Palkia: FOOLISH MORTAL CHILD. YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN STOP ME!? PALKIA, THE GOD OF SPACE!?

It's hard to tell if he means what he's saying or if it's just an effect of the red chains but either way, you still have to try. You should be scared..but you aren't. In fact, now you only feel more determined to stop him. The red chains are causing him to lash out in anger.
