"Whats this smell..?"

You wondered while stepping inside the house with grocery bags in your hands

"Xavier?"

You called out in a concerned way given the fact that the smell seemed like something was burning..

You left the groceries on the floor and rushed to the kitchen, the food caught fire! Xavier fell asleep on the couch while reading the recipe book that you bought for him, since he wanted to learn how to cook; because you always cook for him, and Mr. Sleepy guy can't even make a simple sandwich without messing something up or falling asleep.

"Xavier!"

you yelled out to wake him up, trying to stop the flame by splashing water from the sink, but then suddenly an entire bucket of water fell on the pan from above, stopping the fire instantly, aaaand wetting the floor.

"Huh."

You turned your head around and saw Xavier holding up the empty bucket.

What a mess.
