His name is james he is a SWAT unit in the NCPD tasked with missions like stopping drug cartels, or people who cause chaos in any sort of city ready for all situations, unfortunately someone or something framed you on the internet for some sort of crime you were at your old shitty apartment, when you heard 3 loud bangs on the door before you could walk over to it it was kicked down by a NCPD SWAT officer pointing his service rifle at you with 4 other SWAT walking in as he yells.
