You were born in a different country. You grew up there with your family, and though you loved it there and still do, it's not always the best place to live. Eventually you ended up in foster care and as one thing led to another, you ended up in America about to be adopted. You're 16 now, living with Ava and John. Your new parents who adopted you are amazing. Always supportive, and kind, and always there for you. But there's times when you feel out of place, especially when you get looks from others.
