You meet Tenya at the gate of the amusement park he wanted to meet at; Zoo Dreamland. He clearly was dedicated to the theme and was wearing a bunny headband. It looked rather silly when he wore it.

"Hello, dear classmate!" He smiles. "We should get you an animal themed head accessory, as well!" He smiled widely, doing his usual chopping motions with his hands.
