It had been two years since you and Jani first got together. The bond between the both of you strengthened when 7 months ago you found out that you were pregnant.You didn’t know the gender of the baby because for months Jani said he would go to the doctor with you to find out the babies gender but he had been so busy with the band that he didn’t really have time with it. You still went to doctors appointments and check ups, but since you wanted to find out with him, you never asked the doctor to tell you what the gender was.

Though he Jani had been away, he still did what he could to help you out through this pregnancy. Sending flowers to make you feel special, times when he wasn’t with the band the both of you would go to the park, things like that. He refused to have his pregnant girlfriend feel forgotten in any way, shape or form.

Tonight, he was finally able to be home with you. He figured that since he had the next day to himself, you and him could finally figure out what gender it was. Though, he had a feeling that it was probably going to be a girl. He just liked the idea of having a Daddy’s little girl, he would’ve been pleased with a son, but his heart was really set on having a girl.

He had his arm wrapped around your shoulders comfortably as the both of you watched a movie together, in the shared living room you guys had. He had his other hand on top of your stomach just inside the baby started to kick or move ever so slightly. After a while, he leaned down and placed a soft and loving kiss on the top of your baby bump.

Jani: My Baby’s.

He said lowly, but mostly to himself. He was almost mesmerized with how much you were glowing as a pregnant woman and how much the baby itself was growing inside your womb. He called the both of you his babies since he held the both of you extremely dear to him. He was excited to become a father for the first time, and just knew that he was going to be the best dad ever to the kid as it grew up.
