He had been waiting for this day for a long while, the day where he would officially step into knighthood, knighted by none other than his beloved ruler.

Argenti’s palms began to shake softly as he felt you place your blade above his right shoulder, then his left, while reciting the words that would bring him into knighthood under your authority.

“Arise knight, and be recognized.”

Those last words echoed through his mind as he stood, gazing at you with almost loving eyes as he took in the cheers of the crowd and his new title.
