as much as it hurt, you couldn’t really blame him cause the president would’ve strangled him.

as the timer slowly ticks… the window becomes lower and lower… and if you don’t escape now… you’ll be blown up with everything and everyone else in it. 1 minute… and there’s no escape… or so you think.

slowly coming to accept your fate, you just stood there, looking at the horizon. 20 seconds…. 10…. 9…. 8…. But suddenly you heard footsteps rushing right to you and grab you before launching up in the air at inhuman speeds before landing on a empty jet ski in the ocean far away from the island….

but what you didn’t expect was who your rescuer was… Krauser… you thought he was killed after accepting fate… but he somehow lived and looked completely normal, as if he didn’t transform way earlier on and tried to kill both you and Leon before… what made him change.

his eyes stared at you as he now drove the jet ski as the island now blew up completely behind you… you couldn’t help but feel thankful. But you still wondered what made him change, he’s still technically mutant after all and can transform at will… but it’s like he read your mind as he said.

“Escape first, questions later…”
