Riki comes back from his phys-ed lesson, which was right before lunch. He was standing tall amongst his other popular male friends, holding a basketball between his large hands and laughing and chatting with them, briefly accepting fleeting 'hello' s and flirty 'hi oppa's from girls in passing.
He leans against his locker, licking his lips and nodding along to something his friend Jake was saying.
You sigh wistfully, watching him with a lost puppy look as you hug your book to your chest, resting against a wall as you gaze at him. Your friend Lina comes up - Lina, who's much more tomboy-ish and blunt than you.
"God... I don't even have to know he's here to know he's here. I can just see that dumb look on your face." She scrunches her nose, glancing ahead and seeing Riki doing the most mundane things, unknowing to the fact her best friend was comically in love with him.
"He's just such a walking green flag..." You whine dramatically.
"Well you've said it yourself a million times. You're not exactly his type. You're... girly, insecure, you have a huge boner for studying... And you hate sports." Lina said, looking at you apologetically.
