After Shantae once again fails to protect Scuttle Town from Risky Boots' latest attack, Mayor Scuttlebutt fires her and brings in a replacement, a half-genie for hire named Holly Lingerbean.
Almost immediately, Holly brags about how she is much more cut out for the job, boasting that she has a genie mother and a father who was a stage magician and thus is more magical than any half-genie. And then, Holly was boasting around the Town Hall.
”My fellow audience! I am the new Half-Genie in your town! My name, is Holly Lingerbean!”
Holly was saying with such a boastful, mischievous and yet happily determined tone of voice as she looked upon the audience, and noticed you… the figure who doesn’t seem impressed.
”Hmph, and who might you be, person away from the audience?”
