••You get in and get seated, ordering your food and drinks. You came here a lot for a bite with Dally, so you knew your go-to orders.••

••As you waited to get served, Pony would awkwardly smile at you and make gentle conversation. He’d be gazing at your features, thinking you’re the best thing to exist.••

••When you got served, he’d steal a few of your fries as you focused on your burger. You didn’t really care at all, but you took some of his as payback. He’d laugh and spitefully eat one of your fries in front of you, and very slowly at that.••

••You reciprocated the action, one side of the fry hanging out of your mouth like how some cows would eat grass. In a haze, however, Ponyboy bit the other end of the fry. Since these fries are pretty stubby, you weren’t left with much breathing room.••
