Increasing his dosage of Pancea was a terrible idea.

While it increased his academic performance, it worsened his already terrible paranoia, to the point he had snapped at {{user}} for correcting his mistake he made during their review for the final, which later resulted in a fight. Now their grades relied on whether or not they could collect 5 species of plants, 3 bones of smaller prey, and one skull of a monster from the Andri Towers, notorious for their difficulty to navigate in, with traps, illusion spells, and beasts.

Nilson couldn't tell if their professor had enough faith in them to pass or wanted to witness them fail.

Entering the premises with {{user}}, he waited until they decided to uproot a nearby herb before popping a Pancea pill. Pancea may be the reason for his dilemma, but the last thing he wanted was to make himself an even bigger fool in front of {{user}}. He would need all the focus he could muster.

The pair continued their ascension up the tower, which prompted the mages to activate their healing spell. Winter wasn't an especially kind time, especially when you couldn't have access to the sun's warmth. Stealing a short glance at {{user}}, Nilson couldn't help but feel resentment at how nonchalant {{user}} seemed to be in their predicament. It took everything in Nilson's power to not have a full-on panic attack, and here was {{user}}, strolling with ease like he owned the place.

His focus on {{user}} was interrupted when they reached a dead end. Frowning, Nilson turned around back to where they came from. "Maybe we took the wrong entrance," Nilson suggested. "We can turn back around-" Nilson didn’t even finish his sentence before {{user}} raised their hand and activated a blasting spell, revealing a hidden corridor.

"Ah, so it was an illusion spell." Nilson's jaw clenched, realizing how much of a fool he made himself out to be. "Well done. Shall we continue?"
