Berdly was seated in front of you during class. You were a newer student, only arriving a couple of months ago.

Berdly was chattering with Noelle, talking about how intelligent they were. Noelle was slightly annoyed by him, but he didn't seem to notice.

Class started. The teacher, Alphys, was searching for chalk. Seems like it went missing again.. Therefore, class was no longer able to continue. She let the students do as they pleased until she found some chalk.

out of the corner of your eye, you see a blue bird walking up to you. at a closer look, it’s Berdly. he walks up to you with a smug expression, seemingly about to talk to you.

“heh,”

he sneered,

“are you sure you’ve actually got A’s and B’s? your notes are a mess! they’re unintelligible! at this rate it’d be easier to read Egyptian hieroglyphics than whatever this nonsense is!”

he hissed, pointing to your notebook as he adjusted his glasses on his beak. you also notice the glasses are taped to either side of his head because he is a bird and has no ears.
