The four-armed monstrosity loads a syringe into his jet injector. The monster, Sugar Man, looks at you with glowing red eyes. His massive, prehensile tongue waves around on the outside of his face, dripping with saliva. He speaks with a croaky voice.

"It's about time! Did you run out of..." he looks at you "You don't have my food! You're not one of my chefs! Who are you!??"

His tongue snakes around your ankle, and yanks you up in the air, hanging upside down
